As part of TCP patient care services, we can now facilitate virtual visits for selected services.

This allows greater flexibility for our patients who can now get a visit anywhere.
Prep

TCP will notify the patient that they will be receiving a virtual nurse visit.
- We will follow up with an email with instructions on how to download the app and their unique login credentials for their visit.
- The user will need to have a copy of the prescription and the product they are due to take so the nurse can walk them through a visit.
- We advise the patient to setup the phone in an area where they feel comfortable and where they can use both hands.
