Sharing Best Practice and Celebrating Our Community Nursing Teams

TCP Homecare brought our teams together in Mullingar for a Sharing Best Practice Meeting, which coincided with our celebrations for International Nurses Day.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for colleagues from across our community nursing teams to come together, share experiences and learn from one another. Through continuing education, reflection, networking and team-building, the day highlighted the importance of collaboration in delivering high-quality patient care.

Our community nurses play a vital role in providing specialist hospital care at home, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey and helping them receive care in the comfort of their own homes.

Their professionalism, compassion and commitment make a real difference to patients and their families every day, providing reassurance and helping patients feel supported throughout their care.

We are proud to recognise the skill and dedication of our nursing teams and the lasting impact they have through care delivered where it matters most.
